There are numerous recipes for Frosty Paws.
I have divided them into 2 main
categories-one sweet and one not J
After blending freeze in:
 | plastic bathroom cups
 | Teflon muffin tins (pop them out and put
in plastic bags or wax paper)
 | standard ice cube trays (pop them out and
store individually) |
| |
Blend together (by hand, mixer, blender or
processor):
 | 32 oz. plain yogurt
 | one banana-smashed
 | 2 tblsp. peanut butter
 | 2 tblsp. honey
|
| | |
Variations:
Add any pureed fruit your greyhound likes
Use 1-2 jars of baby food fruit
 | 2 32 oz. plain or vanilla yogurts
 | 1 small (6 oz.) can of tuna in water
 | 2 tea. of garlic powder
 | 24 3 oz. plastic bathroom cups
|
| | |
Open yogurts. If they are full to the top, use
a spoon to scoop one bathroom cup out (these could be frozen as
plain yogurt). Put half of the can of tuna in each yogurt
container. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to each container. Mix
each container thoroughly.
Use a spoon to scoop the mixture into the bathroom cups. Place on
tray and leave in freezer overnight.
Variations:
Natural Flea Prevention: Mix in brewers yeast and fennel seed.
Veggie Delight: Mix in cooked peas or other veggies.
Chicken: Use canned chicken instead of tuna.

loved them. Of course, they have never had a treat they
didn't like. ---Sherry C.)
