We collected $756 at the home show, including donations for the raffle of the Concrete Greyhound Garden Statue and the Dog Treat Basket.

Winner of the Greyhound Statue is Kathy from Nixa, and Shauna from Mt. Vernon won the treat basket.

GPAMO T-Shirt Fundraiser a BIG SUCCESS!

greyhoundsOur 2015 member Ferrari Parody t-shirt sale was a wonderful success!

We sold 47 shirts and raised $102.06 in additional donations, resulting in the grand total raised amount of $513.94! This money will go a long way towards our goals of care, medical treatment and rehoming for our wonderful hounds.

Thanks to everyone who ordered a t-shirt and donated to GPAMO! A huge thank you also goes to local artist Nicole Peters, who designed this great t-shirt!

2013 Membership - We made a net total of $2,056 in our membership drive this year! The Greyhounds thank everyone for their support!

2015 Bark & Brew Fest

2015 Bark and Brew FestWhat a great day we had for the 2015 Bark & Brew Fest at Macadoodles in Springfield! This event is an annual favorite.

GPAMO received $1,720 from the  Bark & Brew Fest event. This money will go far towards caring for our hounds waiting for their forever homes!

2015 Cooking For A Cause

Cooking for a CauseThe 2015 Cooking for a cause event in Webb City was a tremendous success. Volunteers from Joplin worked hard for the greyhounds and made $335 with cooking and donations, surpassing their last year's total of $280.

ArtsFest Nylabone Sale - We raised $279 from the sale of Nylabones at our booth. Thanks to those who came out, rain or shine, to work the booth and raise this money.

Looking Back at Ark II Quilt - By Valerie Gustovich, Parma, OH. Valerie donated $60 from the sale of this quilt to GPA, Springfield for our Arkansas Greys.

Petco Donation

Petco’s Round-Up/Spay Today 2004 ran from July 25 -Aug 15, 2004. Petco raised $817,080 in 685 Petco locations by encouraging customers to “round up” their purchases to the next highest dollar to promote local and national spay/neuter efforts. 10% of the funds, $81,708, was donated to SPAY/USA, the largest spay/neuter advocacy and referral program in the world, for the third year in a row and $776 was donated to GPA – Springfield, MO. Thanks to all the greyhound volunteers in the Fayetteville, AR and Cape Girardeau, MO areas for their participation in Petco’s charitable sharing programs and allows our greyhound adoption program to benefit!

Petco recently sent $1024 for “Spring a Pet” Fundraiser. It ran from March 7 – April 11 and this was our share from the Petco in Cape Girardeau and Fayetteville.

They also gave $1382 on 2-23-04 from percentage of sales through the Holidays at end of 2003.

Petsmart Donations
In February, we received a Petsmart Gift Card for $128 from 2003 Wish Tree donations made at Petsmart.

Photos with Santa at the Petsmart in Fayetteville, Arkansas raised $225.00! A special thanks goes to the University of Arkansas Pre-Veterinary Program for sending us three volunteers to help. We couldn’t have done it without them!
